  This place is the worst Carvel I have EVER been to. I knew Carvel does not live up to any expectations this one takes the award. Staff is utterly terrible with horrible mannerism and etiquette. Don't let me forget about no ice cream on display just a bunch of empty tubs with dusty ice cream tags but a sign of only 5 flavors to chose from including soft serve. Just disgusting. Hate it.
